New Short Story Release! Getting Out Alive

A few months ago, I had the opportunity to interview an incredible young lady. You may have read about Autumn Veatch in the news, especially if you are from the Pacific Northwest. In July, she was the sole survivor of a plane crash, when it went down in the Northern Cascade Mountains, near Hwy 20 and the Easy Pass area.

Both of her grandparents were killed, but Autumn walked away...and spent nearly three days alone in the mountains, trying to survive.

THIS is her story...

(This short story was previously published with a different cover on Smashwords for free. It has since been edited and updated with a professional cover. 80% of all proceeds go directly to Autumn Veatch)

PAPERBACK

A true story…

A harrowing plane crash took the lives of two people and plunged sixteen-year-old Autumn Veatch into the middle of the rugged Cascade Mountains. Injured, alone, and lost, she defies all odds to make it out alive.

This short story is a true account of a brave young woman's survival. Not only was Autumn the sole survivor of the crash, but she then hiked for nearly three days through some of the most unforgiving terrain in the country.
